Refund policy


  1. The estimated production time is three weeks
  2. Once an order is confirmed, we have a no-cancellation, no refund
  3. We have a no-exchange policy for all customized items (Only alteration if required).
  4. For ready-to-wear items, we may accept exchange requests made within 24 hours of receiving your order (subject to availability). All shipping and customs fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the
  5. We will exchange only defective or damaged
  6. Special requests for customization (change in item size/length) must be communicated to our customer service team before/upon
  7. If you wish to make any other changes (Alterations) after receiving your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days only. If Customer Service has accepted your change request, please return the item in its original condition (unwashed/unused/undamaged). Customers must cover the cost of shipping for the modification as well as any customs fees.
  8. If Customer fails to pick up an order within 60 days from the date of shipment, will have the right to sell it and Customer's full amount is non-refundable.
